Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kama-IDCS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use Kama-IDCS on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Kama-IDCS is intended for professional and organizational use by competent users working on management-system documentation. Accounts must be created and used by authorized individuals only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may use Kama-IDCS to create, review, manage and package management-system documentation for your own organization or for organizations you are authorized to act for.

• Accessing accounts, projects or data you are not authorized to access.
• Uploading illegal, infringing or malicious content, including malware.
• Uploading patient health records or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
• Attempting to bypass budgets, approval steps, audit trails, rate limits or security controls.
• Reverse engineering, disrupting or overloading the service.

You retain ownership of the material you submit. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality and for having the rights necessary to upload and process it. You grant Kama-IDCS the limited rights needed to store and process that material in order to provide the service you request.

You must hold the legal right to upload and use any standard, manual or other copyrighted material you submit. Kama-IDCS does not supply, sublicense or transfer ISO publications or any licence to them.

• All AI-generated content is a draft that requires competent human review and approval before use.
• The service does not guarantee certification, legal compliance, accreditation or audit success.
• You remain responsible for validating, adapting and implementing any output within your organization.

Approvals, revisions and related actions recorded in the platform are electronic records. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these records satisfies your own document-control and record-keeping requirements.

Where fees, usage allowances or AI budget limits apply to your account, they are set out when you subscribe or are configured for your organization. Generation may be limited or paused when a configured budget or usage limit is reached.

We aim to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or factors outside our control. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn over time.

The platform itself, including its software, interface and branding, remains the property of Kama-IDCS and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

We treat the content you upload as confidential to your organization and access it only as needed to operate, support and secure the service, or where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use threatens the security or stability of the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or suitable for a particular certification or regulatory purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kama-IDCS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your reliance on unreviewed AI-generated drafts.

Governing jurisdiction: To be confirmed. This will be specified here once confirmed by the service owner.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
